In Australia, a range of organisations are involved in assessing overseas qualifications for different purposes.

Study in Australia: contact the education institution in Victoria or in Australia you wish to study at who are responsible for assessing your overseas qualifications and other requirements for student admissions purposes.
Work: contact the employer directly who can advise you of their requirements for overseas qualifications.
