Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188)
The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) has five streams available through the Department of Home Affairs' Business Innovation and Investment Program. Four streams allow applicants to be nominated by a state or territory government.Permanent visas

Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888)
This permanent visa allows you to continue to live in Australia and undertake business and investment activities if you are currently on a provisional visa.
Business Talent (Permanent) visa (subclass 132)
The Department of Home Affairs discontinued this visa on 1 July 2021.
