Victoria provides visa nomination for the following business and investor visas:
- Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) – Business Innovation stream
- Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) – Investor stream
- Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) – Significant Investor stream
- Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) – Entrepreneur stream
- Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) – Extension
