The Commonwealth Government allocated the Victorian Government a total of 170 places for the Business Innovation and Investment Program in 2022-23.
The program is closed to new applications for Business Innovation, Investor and Significant Investor (subclass 188) streams as all places in the program have been allocated.
Applications remain open for the following:
- Permanent visa nominations (subclass 888); and
- Extensions for Business Innovation and Significant Investor streams.
