On Monday 12 July 2021 we will be making an important change to our Business Innovation (permanent) subclass 888A online nomination form. You no longer need to submit a scanned copy of the State Nomination Statement form with the application. This information will now be included on the online application form, making it easier for you to complete. You will also be required to attach your Business Activity Statements (BAS), in addition to financial statements, for the last 24 months of business activity.

If you do not submit your draft application before 5pm Monday 5 July, you will need to submit your application using the new digitised form from 9am Monday 12 July 2021.
Please note, there are no changes to the policy requirements for subclass 888A nomination as part of these changes to the application forms.
