The Skilled and Business Migration Program is pleased to launch its first bilingual section of this site liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au/zh-cn, now featuring comprehensive new content in Mandarin.
New content includes detailed information on:

- Victoria’s main industries and regions
- Melbourne’s lifestyle and living areas
- Migrating to Melbourne and relocation assistance
- Education, healthcare and housing
- The cost of living in Melbourne compared to China (Shanghai).
More than 5,000 skilled, investor and business migrants gain visa nomination in Victoria annually and China is one of the top five source countries for migrants nominated by Victoria. The new bilingual site reinforces our global strategy to connect Victoria to the world by attracting investment and talent through migration and adds to the services provided to our Chinese international audience.
